30-Day Money-Back Guarantee


  • Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or an exchange. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. For items shipped "free", a $19.95 shipping allowance will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged in transit, in which case please follow the instructions below in "Reporting Damaged Goods").
  • Special orders are not returnable. These include clocks with personalization and clocks on which the color of the neon tube has been changed.

Shipping Times and Rates


  • Most clocks ship within 1-2 business days. However, some clocks may take up to 6 business days to ship.
  • Shipping transit times will be 3-5 days depending on your location. This time should be added to the above order processing times for total delivery time.
  • All clocks priced $99 and above include free ground shipping.
  • Clocks priced less than $99 will incur a flat $12.95 shipping fee that will be assessed during checkout.
  • If you desire quicker delivery, expedited shipping options are available during the checkout process at an additional cost.

 

Returns & Exchanges


  • Many of our clocks are sent directly from the manufacturer to you. Therefore, please contact us in advance at support@ClassicNeonClocks.com so that we can advise you where to return the clock.
  • With all returns, please include: Your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your order/invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return (for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.)
  • All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, and must be shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged in transit, in which case please follow the instructions below in "Reporting Damaged Goods").

Reporting Damaged Goods


  • Items are shipped with special packaging by the manufacturer to avoid breakage during transit. However, accidents happen. If you see obvious damage to the package at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment.
  • If itís too late to refuse the delivery, or if you notice damage to the clock after unpacking, please e-mail us at support@ClassicNeonClocks.com. Either way, we will make things right with you.
